Dear Authors,

     You can now make your dream of publishing your own book a reality easier than you think. Take a look at our new services to authors to see how easily you can prepare your work for publication, website publishing, or independent printing.

     Let's face it, if your book does not read like you are a pro, then you will be dismissed as an amateur not only by publishers but also by the very readers you hope to captivate. Many good authors are terrified by the process of preparing their work for presentation. Even highly educated people are sometimes wanting for the technical skills needed to polish up their final product. There is no shame in the fact that each writer needs help in some area in order to make a professional and polished presentation.

     Shulamite Publishing House now makes it possible for you to take the next step toward book publishing by offering our preparation services to Independent Authors [those who are not yet under contract with a publishing company], and to Authors who seek to independently publish their own works through various media available to them. Our goal in offering these services is to help new, unpublished, and independent authors prepare their works for public exposure. We do not make a judgment on your work when we prepare it. We simply help you to get it into a "final form" so you will have it ready to present to your audience.

     The following services are now available to Independent Authors and Independent Publishers:
  • Full document editing services
  • Full document grammar check, spell check and rewriting services
  • Technical structure checks and sentence balancing
  • Logic matches and content smoothing
  • Document layout services - Available in the most popular formats used in our industry: MS Word doc or Acrobat 8.0 PDF
  • Document preservation on CD or DVD - Files copied
  • Document duplication on CD or DVD - Convenient promotional tool - Quantities of 50 or more
  • Keyboard services, including transcription services and data entry services
  • English to Chinese Translation of your book content
  • Chinese to English Translation of your book content
  • English-As-A-Second-Language [ESL] editing

Pricing for the above services is based on the size of the document with the exception of the duplication services. Books which are fully edited, in proper layout format, and ready to simply duplicate are priced at $7 per CD [minimum order is 50 copies].
