Give a brief description of your project and your time frame.
If we can meet your needs, an editor will send a request for your document(s) so we can confirm your price prior to our beginning your project.
You will receive an email with our contract agreement attached.
Pay your 50% deposit for your project to start.
We accept payment via company check, PayPal or Western Union Money Gram. Please discuss your payment form with us when you contact us so that we may provide correct account information to you.
You tell us the formats with which you prefer to work:
Email w/your file attached.
Directly from or on your web pages.
Regular mail us a hard copy or CD.
When you send your document(s) and pay your deposit, we will begin the job.
When the project is 75% completed, you will receive an email w/an encrypted partial file for your approval.
You approve our work, and pay the remaining 50% of the fee quoted.
We complete your project immediately after payment is received. PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee timely delivery if your final payment is delayed.

In final form, ready to publish, or...
In draft form, with all changes clearly marked so you can make the final decision whether to use them.
Comments and suggestions will be included if requested.
The exception to emailing the finished product is book editing. Because copyrights can be at risk if a book is transmitted through the email, we email your finished book ONLY if you request it in writing; otherwise, we mail your finished book on a CD via the U.S. Mail.
Packaged Services Page
Services purchased in packaged deals, such as those which appear on the "Package Services" page, are not customized in any form other than what is stated in the detailed description of each package.
To be fair to all parties involved in the work and production of your project, all services on this page require a 50% deposit in order to begin your work, with the remaining 50% paid upon project approval.
We do not waive the deposit to begin your project because we are primarily internet oriented, and because our editors, writers and staff are investing their time in your project without the benefit of a face-to-face or community relationship.
Because we require you to approve the project content before sending you the finished file, we do not make refunds on these services. The assumption is that if you have a problem with what you see in the finished product, then you will address it with us rather than approve it. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and top quality. We give all clients a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our writing quality. Your part is to check our product content and address anything that needs to be changed BEFORE you approve the project for final payment and final delivery.
Confidentiality
Your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
Our editors and writers sign any required nondisclosure agreements you provide.
Hard copies are shredded and computer files are deleted at the completion of your project. We suggest you purchase your project in CD format for future or multiple uses.
Your company or personal information is never rented, sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed without your expressed and written permission.
Our staff never sees your personal credit card or bank account details. Western Union Money Gram handles that information on a secured site and before we receive payment. Nothing in your Western Union transaction discloses this information to us.
Other Policies
We are a Christian publishing house; a Christian business. Therefore, we do not accept any type of work which conflicts with Christian principles or Christian theology in theory or in practice. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Grant writing is not part of our regular client work although we have several years of experience in it. We do accept grant writing projects, but only with a written understanding of what you can expect.
As a company, we regularly donate to a number of Christian organizations, ministries and worthwhile causes. How ever much we may like you, we cannot stay in business for the service of His kingdom if we donate everything we do. This is common sense and has a practical element. Please do not quote us scripture in an attempt to guilt trip us or manipulate us into making a donation to your organization. We are honest, hard working and worthy of the fees we charge.
We do not accept projects on a contingency basis, period. None.
Unless we write a marketing piece for you or your organization, please do not expect us to sell you, your project, your product or anything else. We are writers, not sales people. We enhance your sales effort, but ultimately you make the sale.
We do not accept projects without a signed contract, and a signed release at the time of your acceptance.
Refund Policy
Any client who has "buyer's remorse" can contact us within 48 hours [2 days] for a full refund of their paid deposit.
After 48 hours your deposit money is not refundable. At this point our staff editors or writers have invested 2 days of work on your project and their time is valuable. You are notified in writing of this policy in your contract agreement with SPH and via email prior to making your deposit payment.
Any client unsatisfied with their "proof" documents can cancel their order at that point without further payment or penalty.
Due to our practice of requiring the client's approval of proofs and final product, there are absolutely no refunds once the final product has been delivered to the client.
